This age group is open to all players U15-U18 players as an opportunity to continue playing during the High School off season. Structured as a " developmental" bracket; this means divisions are not seeded, there are no play-offs, clubs decide the placement of their teams and may also have mixed age/ability teams - although "co-op" teams are discouraged.

Three referee system for all games, only the most senior of officials to be assigned to these games due to the speed and physicality of the players. Teams are expected to maintain the highest levels of discipline and view the games as developmental ahead of their competitive High School Fall seasons.
